Shep Hyken is a customer service expert and author of Amaze Every Customer Every Time. Mr. Hyken also uses some examples from Randi Busse, author of Turning Rants into Raves. I’ve had the pleasure of presenting on panels with Randi and she has some great thoughts on how to take excellent care of your customers.
