Are Your Techs Empowered to Make Good Customer Decisions?

Shep Hyken is a customer service expert and author of Amaze Every Customer Every Time. He shares some thoughts on empowering employees to make decisions that will benefit their customers in such a way that the only time the employee has to check with a manager would be to say no. Mr. Hyken also uses some examples from Randi Busse, author of Turning Rants into Raves. I’ve had the pleasure of presenting on panels with Randi and she has some great thoughts on how to take excellent care of your customers.
